Bake Buttery, Crispy Cookies with Altunsa Milk Powder
Altunsa Milk Powder adds creamy richness to homemade cookies. Easy to bake, perfectly textured, and great with tea or coffee. A must-have for every baking lover!
Ingredients:
10 tablespoons Altunsa Milk Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup condensed milk
4 tablespoons caster sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
Choco chips (optional)
Method:
Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, and condensed milk until smooth.
Gradually add dry mix and choco chips (if using), kneading into a soft dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 160°C.
Shape into cookies, place on baking tray, and brush with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Cool and enjoy!
